I have chronic hypertension. For the last week, my bp has been in the low 100's/60's. I feel faint and clammy and can barely stand up sometimes. There have been no changes in diet or meds. As a matter of fact, I cannot take my normal bp meds because of the pregnancy so I take some level one ( extremely mild ) medicine. Has anyone else ever experienced a reversal in their hypertension like this and what caused it???
