I NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY

So, I’ve recently become sexually active I had sex for the first time over a month ago, and the 2nd early last week. which led to it burning while I pee this time.. Which I heard was normal and would resolve itself it did. But now a day or 2 after it feels like pressure when I pee or a bad itch I wouldn’t say it’s painful like the burn but really uncomfortable and lasts a quick second. During s3x we did use a condom but later during it we didn’t.

Can anybody help and recommend what to do? please
