Help plsss

Hello ladies! I just want to ask if this is implantation bleeding? I'm having pregnancy scare since last week and I'm very anxious and stress to the point that I can't sleep and eat. My menstruation is irregular always and my period is delayed for 2 weeks. Before having this kind of discharge or blood. Last april 12, me and my partner just rubbed our genitals to each other but he didn't penetrate inside. However, we didn't notice the precum & he didn't point his tip to my vagina, also he inserted his finger which made my down there hurt, he didn't remove his finger even though I said that it hurts lol. After 3 days (April 16), I got discharges like this up to now. I've been having discharges/blood clots & strings like this for almost 9 days.
