Period pain
Hey guys
So I have always suffered with serious period pain but pain killers always worked, this time I am taking Cocodamol which have relived the pain in the past until now! I've had 3 days of unbareable pain to the point I can barely stand which isn't great for the job I do. Does anyone have any tips on easing period pain other than painkillers?
