Ok I really need help

Went to see specialist said he is 99% sure I have pcos. Have to wait on blood work. He did an exam on me and squeezed my ovary which hurt pretty bad. Well my hubby and I had sex couple hrs ago. I've never had pain during sex. It was pretty bad so we quit, but when we did my hubby said "Love there is blood?" Very little but still never happened b4. Been having pretty severe pain. Called my mom she thinks it's cysts. Anyone had anything like this. It's in lower abdomen. Plz anything to make the pain go away. Doc told me not to take pain meds.
