Pcos acting up or pregnant ?

My bf of almost 4 years have not had innercorse but we do other things more recently. I am usually late on my period because I got diagnosed with PCOS when I was in high school. I am about 6 days late if my period and having symptoms. Since my bf and I have been getting little more careless he had been cumming on me and since he’s been doing that we are careful during clean up but I am scared that if maybe something happened.

I’m am not ready to have kids and so is he but could this be me stressing about nothing or should I worry?
