period anxiety

so saturday i had to pee in the woods cause there was no bathroom and i didn’t have another tampon so i used a napkin. now i didn’t shove jt up like a tampon i just put it between my vagina lips to cover the hole until i got home. but now i’m paranoid some of the napkin got up in the hole like a tampon would even though i have no reason to think that. i’ve done it plenty of times before with toilet paper and nothing has ever gone up inside like a tampon. but maybe cause the napkin was smaller than the toilet paper usually is and it looked smaller but what do i do? i’ve been freaking out
