Contractions

How am I to tell when I am contracting?

Can you explain yours and how they felt?

I have never felt them before and don’t know what to look for. Even when it comes to timing them, idk when to start the timer…. Please help.

I keep having what I believe are contractions, where my belly gets really hard, and my lower abdomen hurts, sometimes into my back, but my son is moving at the same time.

These last ones have been painful, but I’m not sure if it’s just him moving that hurts and is making my belly hard.
