How to get rid of blood on ur bed and sheets?

So my stupid ass period causes me to get blood everywhere because its sooo damn heavy like .. it goes through my damn clothes.. and pads!!! I have drips if blood on my bed sheets and bed mattress and i wanna remove. It but dunno with what what removes it fast????
