Tips for gas relief?

My 3week old has been having some gas issues , her little belly is very bloated and feels tight - my doctor suggested we switch to nutramigen but i can’t find any so we didn’t make the switch, but we started using gerber pro soothe instead. 
My question is, how can i help her relieve gas and make her belly less tight? I have some gas drops and they seem to help a little but not a whole lot.

Any Simethicone drops - we have something called Sab Simplex here which is just simethicone and it helps a lot. Also baby massage and make sure to give lots of burps.

Sooo it’s going to get worse before it gets better. Newborns get progressively fussier and gassier until about 8 weeks or so, and then it starts to get better. Remember that for the most part, it’s developmental and they’ll grow out of it. Pace-feed, burp baby over your knee, and try bicycle kicks. If it’s just gas and fussiness, that’s okay. Even spitting up with every feed can be normal. If you start to notice blood in the stools, projectile vomiting, and/or weight loss or inability to gain, that’s a different story and likely it’s an issue with an ingredient in the formula. But I’d just stick with whatever you’re using and able to get at this point if gas is the “only” issue. Good luck mama! The first few months are tough, but you’ve got this!
