Twins?

Hey mommas! Question, did any of y’all who had twins have different symptoms than with your single births? Or more intense ones? Or did you have any inkling you were having twins?? I’m 6 wks and literally everyone has said that I could have twins - for no reason at all. They could be joking but now I’m paranoid like, “what if I do end up having twins?!” Anyway, I won’t have a scan till God knows when. I hate that. Why can’t we get a scan right away? I think the first one is not for 14 weeks 🙄. I haven’t even seen the doctor yet. I have a telephone visit on Tuesday and in actual one the following week, but no one has said anything about an ultrasound.
