Does sunflower letchin actually help with clogged milk ducts?

I got mastitis 3 times and I didn't get it again after starting sunflower lecithin. I still did get some clogs but it didn't turn into mastitis.

I take it twice a day every day and I don’t get clogs anymore at all even though I have oversupply problems.

I think the best things that help would be to empty at least once daily and to massage every feeding (before, during, and after) . These are the only things that helped me not get full blown mastitis when I got clogs. Now I always do that and haven’t had any clogs this time! Btw massaging in shower is a must for me, helps get the milk moved around under the warm water so it doesn’t hurt.
