Early autism signs ?

Please don’t be rude to me I’m a first time mom and I’m just concerned. My daughter is going to be 8 months next month and she would sometimes flap her arms and legs , she has recently started shaking her head like saying no , I noticed she’ll open and close her left hand  she responds to her name when she’s not distracted she responds to noise and she smile at people and loves interaction . I see all over the internet signs of autism and I see that she could have it am I over reaching. ?

All you described sounds very normal for an 8 month old.

Your pediatrician can't even make any recommendations or assessments at this age. 
Re assessment this topic when they are 15-18 months. That is the earliest you can really see signs and the earliest any Dr will do an assessment

My daughter had low functioning autism and I saw no signs with her until after her 1st birthday, regressions aren’t seen usually until then. We had my daughter privately diagnosed at 2.5 years which confirmed our thoughts and more, keep an eye on the signs and jot down all the symptoms or reasons you feel this way and bring it up to your child’s health visitor after 1 year. They're learning about their bodies and how they move. That's all normal. My 6 month old does the same. The big sign in babies is not making eye contact and not interacting with people.

Flapping arm and legs while seemingly uncomfortable or crying is usually a sign of colic. 
Shaking her head I think because she is so young I would say these things are her way of communicating and learning and copying things around her and as she ages and learns more these things will stop. My son use to do that quite often and I actually thought it was quite cute. He 19months now and a typical toddler. However, mothers intuition is never far from wrong so I would advice you to enjoy her and wait till she a little older before noting any ‘autistic signs’.
