Not sure how far along I am

Hi, ladies! Wondering if this has happened to any of you? I went 8 weeks without a period, negative pregnancy test, then I got a period for a day and a half. It wasn't spotting. Then 2 weeks later had a BFP. I don't go to the dr until January but I'm either 13 weeks or 5 weeks. I'll find out for sure in January but wondered if anyone had had normal bleeding during their pregnancy. Stomach wise I would say I'm further along than 5 weeks!! Thanks!
