Most people don't understand that a positive OPK doesn't mean you ovulated or that you're ovulating. It means the LH in your system, that triggers ovulation, is rising. After a positive OPK, you'll likely ovulate 12-36 hours later. My tests are like that. I get a day (two at the most of positives), and then my surge is gone. That means you're body is going to release the egg (if it hasn't already). Go BD!

Yes it could go away that fast. I have had the same thing happen. A positive ovulation test (the one from yesterday) means that you will ovulate in 12-24 hours. You should really take them every 12 hours to make sure you don't miss the egg :)
