This is becoming difficult...

I'm 38 been really trying for over a year now, acording to glow I should have started 4 days ago. Now I'm lightly spotting and am hoping it's implantation bleeding.....Ive been weepy, bloated, sleepy, and keep getting an irritating headache for over a week now....what should I do?
