RH - blood group - second pregnancy

Hi all, I have O rh- blood and I’m wondering if any others in their second pregnancy can give me some advice!

I had a termination at 13 and carried my first child 6 years after - im now on my second pregnancy and am confused as to how my blood group will effect me in this pregnancy. My first I had 4 anti-D injections due to having a large bleed at 32 weeks but luckily my daughter took on my blood group so no further injections were necessary. My partner has +blood. Will I be classed as high risk in this pregnancy due to the blood group? I can’t get a specific answer online it just says the blood group isn’t a problem until 2nd or further pregnancies. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you
