Urine or amniotic fluid

Hey moms so I went to pee and I wiped clean down there, I lay down in bed and I feel my underwear wet now mind me I smelled it but I didn't get a urine smell, I am not sure if it was normal discharge or my amniotic fluid, I changed my underwear cause I felt the wetness through my blanket, I'm currently laying down and my vagina feels like a little tingle for example like when your foot falls asleep and you feel like tingling sensation when trying to wake it up I have a doctor's appointment at 4:20 today, but I just can't tell cause I have also been having the discharge this week but not like right now. Please help
