Covid and early pregnancy

Does anyone have any experience with this? I literally just got my positive today and I’m probably only about 4 weeks. I caught covid a few days ago and I’ve been super sick, my fever made it to 104 last night but it’s gone down to 99.1 since then. I’m super worried and anxious that it’s going to cause issues with my pregnancy. I could really use some reassurance from others who have been through this :( (also just fyi I did get both doses of the vaccine in July)
