I had very sensitive nipples and they would also tingle and I had cramping too like as if my period was going to arrive

I was starting to feel very very exhausted all the time. I also was throwing up every morning about 2-3 days before bfp. I also started getting a little bit of food aversion. The day before I got bfp I had a very very vivid dream about the face of a blonde hair blue eyed baby that looked like a good mix between me and my husband. In my dream the baby was about 4-6months old. It’s was the most beautiful baby face I had ever seen, I felt immediate love and connection in my dream. The next day my period was due and my cycles run much longer than the average woman’s (54days long), I also have Pcos. I also had a loss last year in May and then my dad died in December. So, I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress from all the grief, which had been delaying and messing with my cycles a bit (which was very expected). Anyway, I got into the habit of testing on day 54 of every cycle to prevent more stress from wondering whether I was pregnant or just stressed. I tested, expecting to get a BFN just like every other month. But God had other plans for us, and it was shockingly a huge positive. I had plans to surprise my husband but he was sitting right there and he just looked at me as I stared down at the test in shock and he said “what? What’s wrong?” I looked at him and said “just… come here.” So he did and his eyes widened and he went a little pale lol but then he got a little excited but nervous too. This pregnancy is gonna be a rollercoaster. The app predicts that I’m 6w5d today, I called to make a doc appointment and they’re estimating me at 8w3d-ish. So, idk, we’ll see. 
I do wanna add I totally didn’t connect any of my symptoms with pregnancy because I thought I was coming down with the flu. My husband and MIL both had the flu (we live with my MIL for now while we’re attempting to save to buy a place, but things have changed and I don’t think we’ll be buying any time soon). So, I totally thought it was just the flu at first.

My Last year pregnancy symptoms made me sure I'm pregnant without Taking any pregnancy test...
1 sudden super emotional and irritating Nature.
2 breasts are super sansitive. Even if I try to touch my breasts I feel massive pain and my eyes were filled with tears.
3. The cervix was felt High to touch.
4.fatigue 
5 mild cramps all over day and night
6 indigestion
    
 These are the symptoms that I was feeling The first time before my period came.
And now the symptoms which I feel after the period was Miss.
1 period  Miss with all the symptoms that are mentioned  above.
2 On the 4th day of my missed periods i felt morning nausea and vomiting.
3. Around 6 to 8 days after i felt strong smells of food, perfume,sops, detergents,.
4. Heaviness in the lower abdomen.
5. After 10 th day of missing my period I tested HPT and got my super big fat positive the strongest lines ever. HPT is just to be sure.i already knew it from the 6 to 7 dop that my symptoms are different this time.

Just in case anyone comes across my post. I started my period today 2-3 days earlier. These symptoms were just pms symptoms for me.
