12dpo

I'm 12 dpo and AF is suppose to arrive in two days. I have had pretty heavy white cm, extremely sore breasts, lower back pain, a persistent headache, and cramps off and on for a week, sometimes these cramps have been strong shape pain in my ovaries only momentarily though. I haven't had any spotting or what I would assume to be implantation. My cycle is a little wonky since coming off bc but I've tested BFN from 10 dpo. I'm wondering if the sharp pain is a bad sign?
