OK one more question

Tina Marie • I'm 32 married 12yrs have a 11 year old boy and one on the way. I'm due July 18th 2016.

10 weeks tomorrow and all I crave is hot showers! I mean hot. However I didn't know until yesterday that they are bad. And every night for two weeks I take an extremely long hot shower.

I read were hot showers can lead to issues in your first trimester.

How worried should I be?
