My baby is randomly sick

So today at midnight he developed a fever at 101.2 I’ve given Tylenol and I’ve given a second dose at 4:33 am. The fever came back. But at night while he’s sleeping he’s gulping air and coughing. It’s a mild cough nothing that’s raising a red flag. I’ll obviously call his pediatrician in the morning. But just posting because I’m awake and monitoring my baby. Also I have him in a light long sleeve shirt and light summer pants w a low fan running I think that’s fine right?

I hate when my baby gets sick I just don’t know where he picked this bug up ☹️🥺😢

I elevated his head seems like it’s helping with the gulping and the cough.
