Belly measuring behind

My belly is measuring two weeks behind. My previous baby I had iugr (diagnosed at birth as ultrasounds said baby was normal weight) but my belly always measured on track with that pregnancy. Can this be normal and I can still have a normal sized baby? My doctor just told me I have another growth ultrasound booked and we will figure out what we will do from there, but that’s over a week away
