expressing 36 weeks advice
hey all so i’m 36 weeks today and i have the philips single electric breast pump and decided to collect some colostrum with it i got 6.5 mls of colostrum on my first pump and it wasn’t very painful at all 15 min each side. but i didn’t realise till after that you are meant to hand express? why is this? can i carry on pumping or should i only hand express from now on?
