Don't know if to be worried

I came off my cliest pill on 13th September for a 7 day break then stopped bleeding on 19th then had another bleed on 8-12th October nothing since just sharp pains in the bottom of my stomach. I have been to the docs but they said not to worry wait 6 months before testing. But I want to know what's happening to my body. I am 22 trying for my first baby. Yes people might think that is young but it's my choice. Has anyone experienced this ????? I just need to know if I need to ask another docs for advice or to wait till March!! Please help!!!
