My Bf only wants to see me at crazy hours

My bf and I have crazy schedules. He works security at nbc in NYC and I work two part time retail jobs in New York aswell. He's usually off Friday and Saturdays with his Friday's being packed of errands and if I do see him on Saturdays or during the work week it's late at night (like hell pick me up around 1/2am). I usually don't fall asleep until after 3am so I'm not being that inconvienced. Sometimes he'll pick me up from my closing shifts too. When he picks me up I'll spend the night at his place and that's about it. We haven't really had a date night recently because of our conflicting schedules. Is this an issue? I mean I think he's at least trying by seeing me when he can after work. But he's just so busy :(
