PID symptoms or MYCOPLASMA + UREAPLASMA

So I recently was exposed to chlamidya, both me and partner were treated. I tested last week and it was negative so infection went away. I was having burning when urinating, that just subsided, I’ve had a pressure feeling off & on in my cervix area. My gyne thinks I might have MYCOPLASMA + UREAPLASMA , fibroid or PID. Has anyone had these? What were your symptoms?

Then today I went to the bathroom & noticed cream colored discharge on my underwear. So frustrated and at a loss.
