Help with painful pump in breast 🆘
What should I do? I stopped breastfeeding 2 weeks ago after weaning very gradually (dropping one feed per week). No symptoms of any more milk supply until this morning when I noticed a painful lump in my breast, kind of behind the nipple. I'm guessing it's something related to stopping breastfeeding. Any advice on how to ease my pain or what can be going on?
