What can I do for a faster labor?
I'm 29 weeks pregnant now, I have shamefully been very lazy during my pregnancy but I'm getting very anxious and nervous about labor so I've decided to join a gym tomorrow and just do some low impact things like walking on an incline or using an elliptical... I was curious if anyone has any tricks I can start practicing NOW to help me towards having a faster, easier labor...
