Off topic, ring help!

So I had my second baby 5 months ago and my engagement ring and wedding ring are slightly too tight. I went up .5 in size. My rings are now size 4 but I need size 4.5 so my husband got me this beautiful ring for Mother’s Day and I want to wear it as a wedding band. Does this look like it could pass as a wedding band? I guess I’m worried it looks like an engagement ring instead because of the center diamond. I know this is probably dumb but I really want to wear is as my wedding band since I can’t comfortably fit the other ones. Also please ignore my nails they need redone BAD.
