What's going on tmi

Feeling crampy exhausted little sick sore nipples on and off but it's cd8 and had af cd38 and afs usually cd28-32 and had heavy bleed af but now this bloated boobs feel bigger than normal (im a 42H) not constipated as I've 'been'. Been for a wee sorry tmi and I've just had a coffee and my wee is strong like I've not drank and crampy is under my c section scar ????😮😮😮😮😮😮
