Heartburn anyone?

Please please let me know how you guys make your heartburn go away. I have it all the time and it makes me miserable. Tums does nothing.

I use Zantac and make sure to sit up when it really bothers me. Laying down makes it 1,000x worse in my case

Talk to your doc! I suffered all day everyday until around week 25 and he wrote me out a subscription that I take once a day and omg what a life saver. I have 0 heartburn or acid reflux now!

Milk and tums like candy. I have acid reflux and haven't been able to take my medicine since I got pregnant, so I've been suffering severely. I never told my OB though, just been dealing with it. I'd suggest talking to your doctor and see if they can prescribe you something since the tums don't help you.

Milk helps me. I've heard a squirt of mustard helps, never tried it though.
