Boil in private area

Hey ladies so I need some serious help

(TMI) Sunday I did shave and I noticed a little bump in my pubic area but I didn’t think much of it

Fast forward to today and yesterday I’ve been having the worst of pain in my lifeeee

It’s gotten to the point that I cannot walk properly

Sit ( it hurst so much to sit and get up)

Or even lay down comfortably

The bump has swollen so much it’s literally th size of my palm

And it is really tender

I thought it could be a boil but I am not sure and I’ve drank Penicillin , I’ve applied heat to try minimizing it and it just won’t budge

I seriously need help/advise on what to do
