How the h-e-double hockey sticks do I get this dog to take her medicine? I have to give her liquid in a syringe and then a pill on an empty stomach. She wore more of her liquid meds than she drank and she only chewed half of her pill before she spit it out. I tried wrapping it in cheese but she ate the cheese and spit out the pill, hahah. I'm losing it! I also tried holding her mouth open and dropping it in, then holding her mouth closed but she's so smart and stubborn that she managed to hold it in her teeth and avoid swallowing it. Any tips?
