Nose bleeds and dry winter heat
18 weeks preggers and my nose has been bleeding on and off for the past three weeks, nothing major, just super annoying because ik the culprit is this dry indoor heat, i dont really want to invest in a humidifier, is there any kind of nasal spray i can use to give me some relief? Any suggestions? It just hurts to breathe😣😣feels like the sahara desert in there!
