Pregnant & caught my husband cheating on me with his Ex

I am 33 weeks pregnant with our 3rd child. We have been together 7 years & married for 3. He has 2 children with his ex 9 & 10 years old. He has a custody agreement (every other weekend) with her that she absolutely refuses to follow. He kind of just plays her game and sees his kids when she allows him to. We haven’t had sex very much this pregnancy because I’ve been sick/ very uncomfortable. I still give in and have sex with him from time to time because I know he has needs. Last week we had a talk about it & I told him how painful sex is & I really dont want to attempt anymore until after baby comes. He agreed to wait it out . Last week he planned a day out with his kids. he allegedly picked them up from school early (left home at 8am & didn’t return until about 8pm). As I was cleaning the living room that night I went to fold his shorts he had on the couch only to find a box of Condums in his back pocket. I went in the room and confronted him. His excuse was he thought maybe I would give in & give him sex (we already have Condums in the room so why did he need to buy more?) .. He works over night so he left for work at 3am Friday morning & did not return until Sunday night. He didn’t get me anything for mother’s day or even wish me a happy mother’s day knowing that was a hard day for me . My 6 year old son (different dad) passed away last year 3/12/21. I followed my moms advice & didn’t say anything to him when he returned . This continued up until earlier today. He leaves for work at 3am and returns about 6pm to sleep shower and go back to work. We don’t speak, & I’ve been sleeping in the living room with our two babies. Today I text and asked him why doesn’t he just leave & stay wherever he goes all day long? I’m pregnant and uncomfortable on the couch. He let me know he would be moving out before the 1st of this month if not sooner. This past week I’ve just been uneasy about the Condums and him being gone all day last week with his kids because that’s something that he never does . Call it womens intuition but something told me to go drive by his Exs house . Let me tell you I pulled up just in time. They were backing out of her back alley (him, her & their two kids) he had the audacity to stop the car & wave at me and smile like a child before pulling off. I didn’t follow them. I got the confirmation I was looking for, I drove around for a while before I came home to calm down. When I got home he was already back home & just like the past week we haven’t spoken a word to one another. Im not sure how to approach the situation. I want him gone ! Our apartment is in his name & I am not working as of now . I have money saved so if he did leave I would be ok for a couple of months. Do I tell him to leave ? Do I just keep sitting here waiting to see what he does ? I can’t get my own apartment because my credit is bad . . Also do I allow him to be in the room when baby is born I honestly don’t want him anywhere near me .
