AR formula yes or no

So I wanted so badly to be a breastfeeding mommy, but life has had some other ideas. So combo feeding it is now. We started on NAN as per hospital and personal famiky experience. Baba has had a lot of spitup on breastmilk and formula since week 6/7. We switched the nan to novalac AR digest week 10, and lessened the breastmilk a bit too due to me heading back to work. Mostly nightfeeds now. Baby has super tummy cramps and winds this week (week 13) pediatrician says keep milk for another 3 weeks, but these cramps and cry sessions are heartbreaking for me. There must be something better to do....
