Healthy foods to eat ?
Hiii mamas! So unless I’m constantly snacking or having small frequent meals my blood pressure drops fairly low as some of you may have seen I’ve posted a few times. I never feel dizzy ( so far ) or faint but I’ll get queasy unless I’m full but I just can’t eat a lot in one sitting. I’m also low iron and on supplements
Any suggestions on good snacks or small things to have close to me at all times to prevent this? TIA!
