Did I have a miscarriage ?

I’m so confused. I had a chemical around 4 weeks pregnant on April 22nd. The lines started fading but around May 1st I went back and looked at the last one I took and it was positive still just faint. When I started bleeding I went to hospital they saw the corpus Lutem cyst but their pregnancy test was negative & my hcg was a 6. Couldn’t tell me if I was miscarrying or if it was way to early. Well I been feeling pregnant since this happened & I just took a digital test and I’m pregnant. It’s only been 3 weeks? Could I still be pregnant from weeks ago? I still haven’t gotten a period & I didn’t think a positive could show up this early?
