Is fluconazole safe in Pregnancy ?

I’m 12 weeks and my doctor prescribed me fluconazole 150 mg...I understand I should trust the doctor, but I’m scared about this and it’s been known to cause forced abortions. Had any of you guys took this in your first or second trimester and went on to have a successful and healthy pregnancy?

I have not but when I googled if it was safe during pregnancy this is what I found. It appears that it should be okay and a lower dose (under 150) may increase the chances of miscarriage. However, if you don't want to take it monistat 7 is safe to use during pregnancy and has been recommended by my ob. Or the ob can prescribe you a prescription cream rather than fluconazole.
