I’m roughly 5 weeks - just had cramping then went to the toilet and saw this. What do I do?

Can be normal. I got this around 5 weeks as well as heavy pressure and ended up going to the ER panicking thinking I miscarried (since my discharge started to turn red). Could be from stress or overworking your body. Best thing to do is consult your OB with any concerns since they know you best and go from there. Try not to worry to much though.

Call your doctor and let them know. It can be normal. Watch for bright red bleeding or bleeding that fills a pad within an hour
