I feel like I’m not pregnant anymore

So I’m 12, almost 13, weeks pregnant with twins. I had been having some pretty intense nausea and fatigue up until 2 days ago. It just stopped suddenly. I’m a bigger girl so I’m not showing yet either and it’s too early to feel them moving. I know the placenta takes over around this time, but I’m still nervous. It just feels like I woke up not pregnant. I hated the nausea and fatigue but it was also kind of reassuring. Ugh. I just want everything to be okay.
