Vaginal bleeding appeared 2 weeks post c-section

I had a c-section 2 weeks ago and never had any vaginal bleeding following the delivery. Tonight after I peed I noticed red & sure enough I had some bleeding. When I looked up regular “lochia” bleeding post birth I see women typically bleed 2-6 weeks after delivery whether it was vaginal or c-section birth. But I haven’t had any and now 2 weeks in BAM there it is.

Seems like if I did have bleeding it should’ve been slowing down at this stage not just starting up. I’m just wondering if this is normal, anyone else has experienced it & how long I should expect it for etc. ? Thanks in advance!
