Could i be pregnant with pcos?

My peroid was ment to come yesterday and it hasnt come as yet. I do have pcos but over the last 12 months my peroids have been regular and i had a miscarriage in june.  I have alot of typical pregnancy symptoms...tired,emotional,sick...
Could i be pregnant?how long should i leave it before doing a test?

Also you should assume that you are fertile unless a dr says otherwise and even they are wrong sometimes

Wait til your "expected" period is due then test. Caution though last cycle for me should have been regular but it was 12 days late and no baby in there. So goodluck!

It could go either way. If your periods have been regular the last year, maybe you should test now that your period is late. (If you get a BFN, try again 3 days later.) Good luck!!! Hope this is your BFP!
