When you get into a bad aegument with your husband does he stop wearing his ring?

When my husband and I get really into it. Probably 2 times a year he stops wearing his ring until we resolve it. Makes me feel like such shit. I don’t think he’s cheating on me he’s just trying to make a statement. Is this normal?

This is immature and emotionally manipulative behaviour.
Don't become one of those women who get all excited when he puts his ring back on. (I've seen those on here). He never should've taken it off in the first place, so that behaviour should not be rewarded.

There was a point in my marriage that we were on the verge of getting a divorce, even at that time, my husband never took his ring off. He shouldn't use wearing his ring as a way to punish you due to an argument.

Argument is an argument. You use words to resolve it.
Anything else (like no sex, if you don't do something, or taking off a ring, or sleeping on couch or...) are not ok measures to use in a healthy relationship, these are already manipulatuons and mind games.

My husband doesn’t wear his daily because of his job- but when out he does, if remembers. A ring off doesn’t mean the marriage ended. He maybe just knows it triggers you
