Swelling

Kelly • Was diagnosised with PCOS & infertility Feb of 2015. After losing over 50 pounds and completely changing my diet we were surprised to find out in August we naturally conceived our first child 👶❤
I'm 20+3 along and my hands and feet are swollen. My wedding ring used to fit me really loose now it fits snug. My blood pressure at my last appointment last Monday was normal. I have never had an issue with my blood pressure. Is this normal?
