I am scared

Last night I had cramping and light pink mucus discharge. The light pink mucus discharge was off and on all day yesterday, but the cramps were only last night. When I would wipe the opening of my vagina was very irritated. I am 7 weeks 5 days as of today. My last pregnancy I spotted at 6 weeks along and at my 8 week appointment I found out I recently miscarried. Do I need to call my doctor? I know to call when it is bright red blood but not if it is light pink with cramping. I don’t want to lose my baby.
