Am i big for just 5 weeks 2 days?

I feel I'm having twins I go to the doctor for my first tranvaginal ultrasound at 7 weeks 
I was not this big before at all I had a pouch that's it from my first pregnancy which was almost 14 months ago and please be honest ladies

It's just bloating. You definitely aren't going to show at 5 weeks whether it be twins or not!
