I've got nothing.

I'm supposedly 9weeks pregnant (I say supposedly because I think I'm further along than that) I haven't had my first ultrasound yet. I had a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks 5 days with fetal development halted at 8weeks 5days. I was nauseous most of this pregnancy and then like 2 days ago I just stopped throwing up. My ultrasound appointment is in 2 days and I'm terrified of what we'll find. I just want to see a heartbeat. Has anyone else just suddenly stopped having symptoms that ended in a healthy pregnancy?
